Your prices are in AUD, can I pay in my own currency?

You sure can! Paypal does the conversion for you, whether you pay with credit card or directly from your Paypal account, you simply pay in your own currency.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept Credit Card payment via Paypal or regular account payments all through PayPal. Alternatively, if you have an Australian bank account, you can also pay by Direct Desposit. To do this, you will need to contact me before ordering.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, you can simply use Paypal as a guest.

When will you send my order?

Most parcels leave Rebecca Pine Millinery HQ in 1-3 days from the time of receipt of payment. Occasionally it will take a little longer but I will specify this when I send you an order confirmation email. All items are carefully wrapped and posted in a sturdy shipping box.

How long will my order take to arrive?

As a general rule please allow 7 days for postage within Australia. International orders please allow anything from 7 -30 days for delivery. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for custom made orders.

Do you exchange or refund?

All Rebecca Pine products are made with the greatest of care to ensure quality.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis.
